HONEY-APPLE PORK CHOPS 
4 boneless pork chops, about 1 inch thick
1 c. apple cider or apple juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. honey
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients except pork chops. Place chops in shallow dish and cover with cider mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning meat occasionally. Remove pork chops from marinade. Place on grill about 6 inches from medium hot coals. Grill 10-15 minutes, turning once and basting with marinade.
