CHINESE CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken, cut up in bite size pieces
1 c. raw rice, cooked
3/4 c. Hellmann's mixed with 1/4 c. water
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. minced onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 pkg. sliced almonds
Crushed potato chips

Mix all ingredients. Put crushed potato chips over top. Bake 30 minutes at 300 degrees.
