LEMON BARS DELUXE 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter, softened

FILLING:

4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Sift flour and powdered sugar together; cut in butter just until mixture clings together. Press lightly into a greased 9x13x2 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned.

Combine eggs, sugar and lemon juice; beat well. Sift together flour and baking powder; stir into egg mixture. Pour over half-baked crust; bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool; sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut into bars.
