LEMON BAR DELUXE 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Cut above together until mixture resembles pie crust dough. Press firmly into 9"x13" pan.

TOPPING:

4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
6 tbsp. flour

Mix dry ingredients and add to eggs then add lemon juice and mix. Pour over crust and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until light brown.
