BAKED PORK CHOPS 
Use 6 to 8 pork chops, approximately 2" thick. Ask butcher to make slit in side or you can use two thinner pork chops and put two together with dressing in the middle.

1 receipt for stuffing (I prefer cornbread)
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown chops on both sides. Fill pockets made in chops with dressing or place between 2 chops. Place in baking pan with 2 tablespoons water in bottom of pan. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with applesauce.
