“3 TIMES A CHARM WING SAUCE” IS IN:

3 TIMES A CHARM WING SAUCE 
18 chicken wings (split at joint with tips discarded)

WING SAUCE:

1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
1/3 cup garlic chili sauce
1/4 cup barbecue sauce (your choice)
1/4 cup honey
1 shot (3 tbsp.) whisky (I use Forty Creek Barrel Select)
1 1/2 shots (4 1/2 tbsp.) white wine
3/8 cup molasses
4 or 5 shakes FRANK'S® RedHot hot sauce
few pinches of both salt and pepper

Mix all sauce ingredients together in a medium size mixing bowl. Set aside.

Prep chicken wings, splitting at joint and discarding tips.

Deep fry wings at 350°F until golden brown and crispy.

Add wings to sauce and toss until well coated.

Eat and enjoy! Lick fingers and provide lots of napkins.
