POTATO AND ONION DISH 
Potatoes
Salt and pepper
Onions
Butter

Wash red potatoes. Clean and slice very thin with peeling on. Peel and slice large white onions thin and place a layer of potatoes and a layer of onions and salt and pepper and some butter; repeat for a baking dish the size desired. Add no other liquid and bake in oven at about 400 to 450 degrees for about 45 minutes. You may add some baked diced ham if so desired.
