POLYNESIAN SPARERIBS 
3 lbs. pork spareribs (country style)
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. hot pepper sauce

The day before you barbecue, place ribs in cold salted water. Bring to a boil and simmer about 45 minutes or until tender. Drain and cool. Then combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

When the coals are ready, drain the ribs and place on grill, basting with marinate sauce until brown and crusty, about 30 minutes. Serves 3 or 4.
