POLYNESIAN RIBS 
4 lbs. pork spare ribs
1 c. packed brown sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. water
1 can (8 oz.) pineapple, undrained
1/4 c. minced onion
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tsp. orange rind, shredded (optional)
4 dashes of Tabasco sauce

Cut ribs into serving size pieces. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour in covered pan. Mix and cook all other ingredients at low heat until slightly thickened. Drain ribs and spoon sauce over ribs. Bake covered for 30 minutes. Then uncover and let brown.
