POLYNESIAN STYLE CHOPS 
6 pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple slices
1/2 c. honey
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ground ginger

Preheat broiler. Place pork chops on broiler 4-5 inches from heat for 8 minutes. Turn chops, broil 6 minutes more. Meanwhile, drain pineapple slices, reserving 2 tablespoons juice. Combine.
