1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. catsup
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. mustard
Salt and pepper

Brown meat, add onions, and brown lightly. Add rest of ingredients. If too thick, add water. Simmer 10 minutes. Fill casserole dish with hot mixture, top with biscuit dough and bake 15 minutes or until brown.
