EASY ENCHILADAS 
1 bay tortilla chips
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 jar salsa
1 c. cooked chicken, shredded
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix chicken, salsa and soup together. Lay chips on bottom of casserole dish. Pour chicken mixture over chips. Top with cheese. Bake until bubbly. Remove from oven; top with sour cream if desired.
