HORSERADISH MOUSSE 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 bottle horseradish
1 c. sour cream
1 c. hot water

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup hot water. Let Jello set until it is the consistency of egg white. Add the horseradish and sour cream. Place in fancy mold and chill until firm, about 4 hours. This is a wonderful taste treat with roast beef or ham or lamb. Easy do ahead recipe.
