HORSERADISH RING 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 c. hot water
1 sm. bottle horseradish, drained
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. whipped cream

Let Jello stand in water until syrupy. Fold in horseradish. Add sugar and lemon juice. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into ring mold. Set. Unmold on bed of lettuce leaves. Serve with corn beef or ham.
