MUSHROOM SIDE DISH 
1 lb. fresh mushroom caps
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 sm. onion, chopped
Salt
Pepper
Parsley
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. butter

Arrange mushroom caps, cup side up, in large shallow casserole. Pour melted butter in caps. Add onion, salt, pepper and parsley. Cover with layer of cracker crumbs and layer of Parmesan. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
