MUSHROOMS AS A SIDE DISH 
Butter
Mushrooms
Onion
S alt and pepper

I like to clean the mushrooms by carefully peeling them with a sharp knife. Discard all brown parts. You are left with pure white meat. Start by sauteing one onion in 1 stick butter, add salt to the onions, some pepper. Cook for a few minutes. Add the mushrooms and slowly thoroughly mix the onions through the mushrooms. Cook slowly until all the liquid has evaporated. Serve immediately.
