GREEN BEAN HORSERADISH 
2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans whole green beans
1 lg. onion, sliced
Several bits of best ham or bacon
1 c. mayonnaise
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped (reserving several slices for garnish)
1 heaping tbsp. horseradish
Juice of 1 lemon
1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes, celery salt, garlic salt & pepper

Cook beans with ham and onion 1 hour; drain. Blend mayonnaise with seasoning and toss with beans. Refrigerate. Serve cold. Just before serving toss in eggs and garnish with several slices of eggs.
