CHOCOLATE CHIP ICE CREAM 
Semi-sweet chocolate bits
4 eggs
1 can Eagle Brand
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 box confectioners' sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. heavy cream

Put chocolate bits in freezer until cold. Put in blender on fine grate; set aside. In large mixing bowl put eggs, vanilla, salt, sugar and milk. Beat on medium speed until blended. Gradually add cream and chocolate. Stop beating when well blended. Put in ice cream freezer, add milk to fill line.

For Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream: Use about 1/2 teaspoons mint extract and nearly 1 tablespoon vanilla. Add green food coloring. Or use mint chocolate chips.
