CHOCOLATE CHIP ICE CREAM 
2 cans Eagle Brand
1 can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 - 3/4 gal. milk
1 bag mini semi-sweet chocolate morsels or 5 sq. semi-sweet chocolate, grated

Mix all ingredients except milk in a 5 quart ice cream freezer. Add enough milk to reach fill line.

Churn according to ice cream freezer directions.

(This recipe is very versatile and requires no cooking. If you wish to make a fruit ice cream, add more sugar to taste.)
