2 qts. half and half
1 pt. half and half
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. real vanilla flavoring
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lg. chocolate bar (grated)

Combine half and half, sugar, vanilla and salt. Mix well with electric mixer. Add grated chocolate. Process in ice cream freezer according to the manufacturer's instructions.

I always bring this to our Aldersgate ice cream socials because the children love it!
