CHOCOLATE CHIP - MINT ICE CREAM 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
4 (13 oz.) cans evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. grated milk chocolate
1 1/2 tsp. mint extract

Add sugar gradually to beaten eggs, beating well until stiff. Stir in remaining ingredients. Place in the freezer until time to serve. Serves 6.
