2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 finely chopped apple
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease pan. Stir all ingredients until blended. Spread in pan and bake 18 to 20 minutes, until golden brown. Put fork holes in top after it cools slightly and cover with the Sweet Icing.
