CHOCOLATE FUDGE ICING 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar and cocoa. Add butter and milk. Cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla and then let cool. Beat by hand until creamy (or until it looks creamy). Spread on cooled cake layers.
