NEW POTATO SALAD 
10 med. sized red potatoes, boiled and cubed (leave skin on)
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
Dash Tabasco
1 minced clove garlic
1/4 c. red onion, chopped
1 to 2 tsp. pimento
Salt and pepper to taste
1 bunch fresh dill (or 2 to 3 tbsp. dried)

Put cubed potatoes in a bowl. Combine other ingredients in another bowl. Pour over potatoes and stir gently so they don't get mushy. Serve well chilled to blend flavors.
