POTATO SALAD | |
4 lb. thin skinned red potatoes 2 tbsp. cider vinegar 1 c. light mayonnaise 1 c. yogurt 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard 1 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 c. minced red onions 1/2 c. minced fresh dill Boil potatoes until desired tenderness. Mix remaining ingredients together and spoon over cooled potatoes. Mix well and chill. |
