3/4 c. Wesson oil
1/4 c. honey
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt
2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix Wesson oil, honey, egg, and vanilla. Add sugar, cinnamon, soda, salt, flour and chopped pecans. DOUGH WILL BE STIFF! Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan.

ICING:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick melted butter
1 or 2 tsp. canned evaporated milk

Ice while hot.
