2 c. milk
3 eggs
1 qt. cream
2 sq. chocolate
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. mild honey

Make a boiled custard of the milk, melted chocolate, honey, eggs and a little vanilla. When cool, add the cream and freeze.
