HONEY CHOCOLATE PIE
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 eggs, separated
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. honey

Bake pie shell for 10 minutes at 400-450 degrees. Melt chocolate chips in top of double boiler over boiling water. Stir a small amount of chocolate into beaten egg yolks; stir egg yolks into chocolate.

Cook and stir until mixture leaves side of pan; remove from heat. Blend in sour cream and beat until smooth; set aside.

Beat egg whites and salt until stiff, not dry. Add honey in a fine stream, beating constantly until stiff glossy peaks form. Fold in chocolate mixture. Spoon into pie shell. Chill for at least 2 hours. Top with whipped cream.
