HONEY-MAPLE ROAST BEEF | |
Goes well with baked sweet potatoes and spinach in butter & roasted garlic. 1 large roast beef oil (olive or vegetable) salt and pepper honey real maple syrup (no subs!) barbecue sauce (your favorite kind) Unwrap your roast beef and clean with warm water. Pat dry. Place your roast beef in a large Crock-Pot. Rub beef with oil, then season all over with salt and pepper. Let cook for 2 hours. After roast has cooked for 2 hours, coat it with honey, real maple syrup and barbecue sauce. Make sure it's totally covered. Repeat every hour until ready to serve.
