“STEPHANIE'S BITE SIZED CHICKEN” IS IN:

STEPHANIE'S BITE SIZED CHICKEN 
2-3 pkgs. lean chicken cutlets
vegetable oil
1 tbsp. onion powder
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. hot pepper flakes (optional)
brown or white rice

Cut chicken cutlets into bite sized pieces. Get a large bowl and put the sliced chicken into it. Add the vegetable oil until the chicken is drowning in it. Add your spices. Mix with wooden spoon.

Heat up your skillet and dump the whole bowl of chicken, oil and spices into the skillet. Add more spices if needed. Cook until chicken is a light brown.

While that is cooking, make your rice. When both are done, put rice into large serving bowl. Add the chicken. Mix well and serve.
