STRAWBERRY NUT SALAD | |
2 pkgs. strawberry jello 1 c. boiling water 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries 1 c. nuts, chopped 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained 3 med. bananas, mashed 1 pt. sour cream Dissolve jello in boiling water. Cool and add all ingredients except sour cream. Put 1/2 mixture into a 12x8 inch dish and chill until firm. Spread top with sour cream and gently spoon remaining mixture over. Refrigerate until completely firm. Serve. |
