APPLE NUT SALAD 
2 apples, sliced (with skin)
6 grapes
12 raisins (seedless), or chopped dates
Any other fresh fruit in season (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
A handful of raw nuts (walnuts, pecans, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds)
1 sm. container low-fat yogurt (any flavor)

Mix apples, grapes, raisins, nuts and fresh fruit together with yogurt. Chill and serve. Makes 1-2 servings.
