PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® Wild Rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4-6 pork chops
2 c. water
1/2 c. milk

Pour box of rice in 13 x 9 pan. Add 2 cups of hot water. Stir. Place pork chops on top. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Mix soup and milk. Pour over pork chops. Bake until bubbly.
