PORK CHOP WILD RICE HOT DISH | |
1 1/2 c. uncooked wild rice 3 c. hot water 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix 4 to 6 pork chops (may be browned ahead of time) Partially cook wild rice in 5 cups boiling water (this helps speed baking time). Mix rice, water, mushroom soup, dry onion soup in 9 x 13 inch pan. Lay pork chops on top. Salt and pepper. Cover with tin foil. Bake 1 hour, covered. Bake an additional 15 minutes, uncovered at 350 degrees. |
