PORK CHOPS, RICE AND ASPARAGUS 
6 pork chops, browned and seasoned
1 (15 oz.) can cut asparagus, undrained
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® original rice
1 can mushroom soup

Brown pork chops. Set aside; cook 1 box UNCLE BEN'S® rice in 1 3/4 to 2 cups water for 20 minutes. Place rice in buttered shallow 9 x 12 pan. Add asparagus and juice. Top with mushroom soup. Place chops on top. Bake covered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
