PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
2 c. Minute Rice
1 c. milk
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
4-5 pork chops

Brown pork chops in heavy skillet. Drain and set aside. Mix rice, milk and cream of mushroom soup together and pour into a large dish. Place pork chops on top. Cover with tin foil. Cook 1 hour at 300 degrees.
