PORK CHOPS AND HEAVENLY RICE 
6 pork chops
2 c. regular rice
2 1/2 c. water
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1/2 c. each chopped onion and celery (optional)

Quickly brown pork chops at 425°F in electric skillet. Add rice, soup mix and water. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 35 to 40 minutes until rice is tender.
