PORK CHOP AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 cup rice
4 to 6 pork chops
1- 10 3/4 oz. can beef consomme soup
1 - 10 3/4 oz. can onion soup

Pour rice in greased casserole dish. Brown pork chops on each side, not completely done, but brown. Place chops on rice. Cover rice and chops with soups. Cover and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
