CRAB SALAD 
1 lb. imitation crab meat
2 sectioned grapefruit
1 c. alfalfa sprouts
2 tsp. chopped fresh dill

DRESSING:

3 tbsp. grapefruit juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. corn or Safflower oil

In medium bowl, combine crab, grapefruit, sprouts and dill. In another bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients and add to salad.
