CRAB - SHRIMP SALAD | |
1 loaf white bread, cut in 2 inch sqs. 6 hard boiled eggs, chopped 1/2 c. onion, diced 1/2 c. celery, diced 1 can tiny shrimp, drained 1 can crab, drained 1 pt. mayonnaise Remove crust from 1 loaf white bread, cut in 2 inch squares. Mix with 6 hard boiled, chopped eggs. Add onion and celery. Mix shrimp, crab and mayonnaise together, then add to dry mixture. Mix well, refrigerate 2 hours before serving. |
