CRAB AND SHRIMP SALAD 
1 lb. cooked crabmeat
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. yellow mustard
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 sm. onion, finely grated
1 lb. boiled shrimp with salt
2 tbsp. ketchup
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Lettuce

Mix all ingredients except lettuce and refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to blend. When you are ready to serve the salad, chop about 1 head of lettuce into small pieces. Serve the salad on a bed of lettuce.
