CUBED STEAK SUPREME 
1/2 c. flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
6 cubed steaks
1/2 c. shortening
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water

Mix flour, pepper, salt and paprika; coat steaks with mixture. Brown steaks with mixture. Brown steaks on both sides in shortening in large skillet. Dilute soup with water, heat to boiling. Add steak and simmer for 1 hour or until meat is tender.
