CUBED STEAK WITH MUSHROOM SOUP 
4 cubed steaks
1/2 green pepper
1 sm. onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can water
Salt and pepper

Brown steaks on both sides in small amount of oil. Meanwhile, saute in butter the green pepper and onion. Pour over the steak. Season with salt and pepper. Add mushroom soup and water. Cover; simmer slowly for about 1 hour.
