CHEESE FONDUE BAKE 
3 slightly beaten egg yolks
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
8 oz. sharp process American cheese, shredded (makes 2 c.)
1 c. scalded milk
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Combine egg yolks, bread crumbs, cheese, milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Fold in egg whites. Pour into 10" x 6" x 1 1/2" baking dish. Bake in 325 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until firm. Top with creamed vegetable. Serves 6.
