CHEESE FONDUE 
6 slices of bread, crust removed
3 eggs
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. grated cheese, med. Cheddar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. paprika
Dash of cayenne

Butter bread and cut into quarters. Blend eggs, milk, salt, paprika and cayenne in blender. Alternate cheese and bread in greased baking dish. Start with bread end with cheese. Pour over egg and milk mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until delicately browned and firm to touch. May be made night before.
