PINEAPPLE CHESS PIES 
5 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick butter, melted
1 can crushed pineapple
1 (3 1/2 oz.) coconut

Combine all ingredients and put into 2 uncooked pie shells. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
