PINEAPPLE COCONUT CHESS PIE 
4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 c. coconut

Mix all together well and cook in unbaked pie crust about 45 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Simple and quick! makes 2 (8 inch) pies.
