PEANUT BUTTER APPLE CRISP 
4 c. sliced apples
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1/2 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/3 c. butter
1 c. peanut butter flavored chips

Place apple slices in greased pan. Combine brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon and nutmeg; cut in butter. Stir in peanut butter chips; sprinkle mixture over apples. Bake in 375 degree oven (350 if using glass pan) for 25 to 30 minutes or until topping is golden brown and apples are tender. Garnish pudding with a few slices of fresh apples. Serve warm with sweetened whipped cream. Makes six servings.
