OATMEAL BANANA MUFFINS 
1/2 c. oil or soft butter
2 eggs
1 c. mashed bananas
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. honey
1/4 c. yogurt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. oats

Combine butter or oil, eggs, bananas and honey. In separate bowl, mix yogurt and soda; add to first mixture, cream well. Add flour to mixture, mix just until blended. Stir in oats. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on wire rack.
