8 slices bacon, cut in half
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, sharp
Dash cayenne pepper
8 cherry tomatoes, halved

Line a micro-safe baking dish or plate with double layers of paper toweling. Place bacon slices on dish. Cover with paper toweling. Microwave at HIGH power for about 3 minutes. Prepare cheese cubes. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Wrap bacon slices around each cheese cube. Secure with wooden sticks. Place on paper toweling in a micro-safe dish. Microwave at HIGH power for 1-2 minutes until cheese starts melting and bacon is done to your liking. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and serve. Makes 4 servings.
